Fitness classes that cater for different levels of fitness. Classes vary each session to concentrate on strength, core and cardio. It is a fast paced, fun workout lasting 45 mins, but you can work at your own level. Classes also include boxercise.
This class is a very friendly and welcoming, other members will always be there to help you along the way.
