Bekesbourne-with-Patrixbourne is a rural parish 4 miles south east of Canterbury.

The parish is probably most famous as the home of Howletts Wild Animal Park but is also renowned for hops; sunflowers; two fine churches; a medieval connection with Archbishop Thomas Cranmer; and an award-winning pub.
